Following the Prime Minister’s announcement of a move to Alert Level 3, we look forward to seeing the positive impact this will have for many NZ businesses.
Irrespective of the alert level,Emerre & Hathaway continues to be open for business and here to help and support you. We recognise this is a difficult and uncertain time for New Zealand, so we remain committed to try and maintain as much of our business-as-usual operations as possible.
During Level 3 we shall continue to work remotely with the view of returning to our office once we achieve Alert Level 2. Claim forms can still be dropped into a box at the front of our office in Carnarvon Street if required.
Our priority is to continue to keep you covered, help you with claims and answer any questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or phone as you would do normally. We can always have video call catch ups if you’d prefer, so please just let us know what works best for you.
